• Duration : You will need to allow an hour for this experience, which starts with a full briefing on safety procedures and the equipment You can expect your 'flight' to last 20 - 30 minutes depending on conditions.
• What to Wear / Equipment : Old clothes are a good idea. A strong pair of boots with ankle support and NO hooks is essential. The centre provides all other equipment. Bring a jacket and warm clothes in winter and lighter clothing, a hat and sunscreen in summer.
• Locations : Ashbourne, Derbyshire. Brighton, East Sussex. Northampton, Northamptonshire
• Group Size / Spectators : Feel free to invite family and friends to see you fly. For safety everyone must keep to designated areas.
• Weather : Tandem hang gliding is a weather dependent activity. Please call the centre before setting off to make sure that conditions are suitable.
• Availability : This experience is available throughout the year in Northampton and Ashbourne and from April to October in Brighton; it is more likely to be weather affected in the winter.
• Restrictions : Weight restrictions: Max: 14.5 stone. (90KG)
• Age Restrictions : For training to count towards a license the minimum age is 14. (Under 18's require parental consent.)
  There is no upper age limit although in the interest of your own safety you must give details of any medical condition that may affect your ability. If you are in any doubt, please contact your GP for advice.
  The hang glider is equipped with its own undercarriage which eliminates the need for running on take off and landing and is therefore suitable for all age groups and people with disabilities.
